Odorizing Systems
Our list shall include gas odorizing units, comprehensive skids including fi ltration, metering, pressure reducing and odorization, odorant supply and odorant loading activities, site modifi cations and installation of odorizing units.
The object of the odorization program is to ensure that the natural gas is odorized sufficiently to be readily detectable by a normal sense of smell at one fi fth the lower explosive limit of the natural gas. Control Plus systems are equipped with a wick injector which ensures homogenous mixture of odorant with gas for effective and ef ficient warning in case of any leakage.
We supply odorizing systems working on differential pressure injection technology whereby reducing use of rotary and moving components, hence reducing the recurring and operational costs. The systems are compact with very high turndown ratio and highest accuracy amongst its peers. These systems have a continuous feedback mechanism involved, which ensures highest accuracy and precision. The system is provided with a well-programmed control unit which controls and records the daily operations and keeps a log of the data. This entire log of data can be transferred to a laptop or to the control room through SCADA. The system is provided with battery back-up too, for continuous trouble-free odorant dozing in zero external power conditions.
